Good footage

This is really good footage. I wish this type of clean, non-graphics stamped footage was more widely available.

Fingerle Lumber?

Has anybody done the tailgating at Fingerle Lumber through parknparty before? AAGO is sold out and I'm looking for another spot in case it is a madhouse Saturday morning with tailgate location closures.

Cowherd is just like Skip

Cowherd is just like Skip Bayless and Paul Finebaum. They go it for the clicks and discussion. Little of what any of them say is based upon sound logic, they do it to stir up the group who opposes what they are saying. A post like this is exactly what they want. "No press is bad press"

I went to UGA for law school.

I went to UGA for law school. It was pretty much set in stone that for those who were football fans, they felt a stronger allegiance to their undergrad schools than UGA. The only people who supported UGA over their undergrad teams were those who attended schools with no football teams or bottom of the barrel FBS/FCS D-II, etc. Everyone who liked football came out for the tailgates and games, but if it came down to UGA v. your undergrad, 95% of people stuck with their initial allegiance.

This series of posts

This series of posts exemplifies why everyone is doing 2-3 different things on gameday.

It is

It is supposed it be a wolverine claw. The vast majority doesn't know that however and a knowegeable few can't convice the 40k-ish that do a chop.

Glad that (mostly) everything

Glad that (mostly) everything worked out!

It's Friday! Time to blast off!

I would be weary of a

I would be weary of a surcharge for busy times if you are planning on doing this. Assuming the max of $24 both ways, a 3x surcharge leaves you with $130 in uber rides even with the $20 off. I think this is a worst case scenario, but just wanted to point out how high it could get. Lyft was still at a 1.5 surcharge at 9:30 pm last week.

Sorry, no idea on that. What

Sorry, no idea on that. What I can tell you is that I got into Ann Arbor at 10 last weekend and the city was a breeze to get through. Even by 11 it didn't look too bad. My guess is there was still open parking in those lots at that time, but Penn St. is obviously a little more anticipated (read: earlier arrivals) than Colorado.

I'd imagine it's pretty

I'd imagine it's pretty rough. I usually get food after the games though so I'm not leaving immediately after. The Washington/Division deck gives the option of avoiding main St. and heading east towards 23, which could be a little better. Someone who parks in these lots often would probably have more knowledge of the specifics. I have used these decks in the past, but as of recently I'm usually down at AAGOC.

The Washington st. parking

The Washington st. parking structure (by Division) is one of the best kept parking secrets on gameday. $3 all day, assuming rates are still the same as last year. The deck on Washinton and First is $5 all day. They are both pretty good options depending on whether you're looking for the State St. or Main St. areas.

I'll take it

It would be nice however to see a more detailed analysis in the form of an article instead of just a tweet. Would also like to see where King is currently ranked.

There are two golf courses

It's often glazed over, but there are actually 2 courses. U of M course and the Ann Arbor Golf and Outing Club (AAGOC). The AAGOC tends to have the more lively atmostphere and is closer to the stadium, but with a slightly higher cost, if parking ($50 v. $40, worth it IMO).

I always use the Stadium blvd. entrance for the AAGOC course. I believe the UM course has its main entrance on State St. I'm not sure if either courses have any other entrances, as those are the only ones I have used. State street exit off of 94 for the UM course and the Ann Arbor-Saline exit for the AAGOC. Although you could make it to either course from either exit, they are not that far apart.
