Wrong. Just an alumni who's…

Wrong. Just an alumni who's finally had enough of this "Let's look on the bright side" bullshit that we've been hearing about for the last 15 years. Especially where we had our best chance in to finally beat Ohio State and play for the B10 title and got throttled in record breaking fashion.

So he did beat Urban Meyer…

So he did beat Urban Meyer two years ago in Columbus? THAT'S GREAT!!!!!!!

Everyone seems to be under the impression that Ohio State won that game and Penn State got to go to the B10 title game instead of us as a result.

I hope we let the proper people know this new development so we can correct it and get the shot at the 2016 title we deserve.

If Haskins come back, and…

If Haskins come back, and assuming he continues to progress at the rate he has over the past year, I don't see any way we stay within 3TD's vs. OSU in 2019 with the current defense we play.

Conversely, MSU didn't have…

Conversely, MSU didn't have 62 points (which could have easily been 70+) hung on them by OSU when they played.

If saying "Boy, at least we were better against Rutgers than MSU was" is the measuring stick of success we're going to use, it's going to be a cold day in hell before we see a title winning season.

I miss those days we could…

I miss those days we could laugh at Cooper falling on his ass no against us no matter how talented his squad was.

Since Tressel made that "In 310 days in Ann Arbor Michigan" statement, its been one big 18 year fucking nightmare..........

You're seriously comparing a…

You're seriously comparing a co NC with a co division title where the loss came against our arch rival and gave them the tie breaker to go to the title game?

When your "good ones" result…

When your "good ones" result in things like national titles, multiple B10 titles, undefeated seasons, Rose Bowl victories, and signature victories against your main rival.......then the "bad ones" are a lot easier to take.

Meyer's and Dantonio's good ones have resulted in some of those things for them. Harbaugh's have not.

Just stop for Christ's sake…

Just stop the cherry picking for Christ's sake.

Every season UM plays Rutgers, Maryland, Indiana, at least one of the west division's Purdue, Nebraska, Minnesota, Illinois quartet of crap, and 2 non com cream puffs. That's 6 wins that should be in the bag every season.

So were supposed to turn handstands that Harbaugh has been able to grind out a 4-3 record against in the other games that are against what can be called quality opponents? Especially when those 10 win seasons have produced exactly ZERO B10 titles and ZERO wins over Ohio State?

The B10 has been top heavy for years and, this year at least, even the some of the heavy hitters of the conference were complete garbage. If UM played the schedule of any of those other non B10 teams in your list, there's no way the get to 10 wins.

Woo Woo.

Where can I get my…

Woo Woo.

Where can I get my "Michigan Wolverines: 2016 B10 East Division Co Champs (but not the one that actually went to the B10 title game)" T-shirt?

I was trying to tell people…

I was trying to tell people this and get them to calm down about all this revenge tour bullshit.

MSU and UW are fucking garbage this season. If it wasn’t for their 2 non con cream puffs they played and Rutgers neither of them would even be bowl eligible.

PSU was above average, but hardly great and Franklin fucking sucks as a coach especially in the big games.

Throw in a near loss to a middling NW and a hard game against IU and there is no reason why this team and its fans should have come in so cock sure they were just going to dust aside OSU without breaking a sweat. Especially given that history of the last 18 years in the rivalry.

God I’m so fucking pissed. We’re going to be hearing “revenge tour” said by mocking Buckeye fans from now until hell freezes over.

Even though he didnt really…

Even though he didnt really engage in it personally, I’m very disappointed that Harbaugh didn’t do more to snuff out this revenge tour nonsense before it really took hold.

The man played QB in the NFL for 14 years, he better than anyone knows that it’s what happens on the field that determines the winner and arrogant proclamations of your supposed preordained revenge against your rivals do nothing but possibly add to your opponents’ motivation to prove you wrong and make you look like chumps when you fail to back it up.

One thing this team needs is…

One thing this team needs next year is an attitude adjustment of not buying into the hype until the job is finished.

I hated this “Revenge Tour” crap from the very start. It was juvenile and stupid and not something you see schools like Alabama and Ohio State bother to engage in because they do their talking on the field.

But the main reason I hated it was because it set them up for exactly what happened today. Beating MSU, PSU and UW wasn’t some amazing accomplishment given the fact that all 3 squads were well below what they were in 2017. Yet, after every win, the legend of the REVENGE TOUR just kept growing as if they were predestined to vanquish all who stood in their way.

All week everyone acted like it was a foregone conclusion that UM was just going to waltz into Ohio Stadium and easily handle a Buckeyes squad that had struggled but still has tons of NFL level players and is coached by a guy that, scumbag he may be, is one of the best in the business.

I’m sure no one on the team would admit now that they believed their own press clippings and thought they were just going to dust OSU aside as the crowning achievement of their season, but they sure as hell played like they believed that today.

OSU was hungrier and tougher from the opening kickoff to the final whistle and I can guarantee you some of that is because of the fact they were sick of hearing all the talk about how they were going to be the final victim of the revenge tour.

I hope Harbaugh lays down the law next that you earn the right to talk that kind of shit, it’s not just something you say in press conferences and print some shirts for and expect that a team like Ohio State is going to cower in fear from and not even bother to show up on game day.

For all the fun the team and fans had with it this season, now it’s just a big goddamned embarrassment given that the biggest prize of the Revenge Tour just completely obliterated us in what might be the most humiliating loss in the program’s history.

Amen to that.

The B10 was…

Amen to that.

The B10 was absolute garbage this season.

When you go around billing…

When you go around billing the season as the “Revenge Tour” and then, with everything on the line, get absolutely decimated by your biggest rival in what might the most embarrassing loss in the program’s history. That pretty much precludes any mention of the word “great” being used to describe the season.
