That is sad, I hope the very best for him. I liked the guy because of the 'only offered to get Denard' meme which was a myth and cruel to Witty.

He mentioned prep school as a possibility. There were other options available too, but Coach Rodriguez is working with him to get him in for next year.

Yes. Denard is headed back to Florida to bag groceries with his best friend as we speak. They will both be back if/when Witty qualifies.

Test score not known or good enough in time for fall class enrollment... Hopefully it can get cleared for January enrollment?

He specifically said he won't make it this fall. It's possible he could make it for January.

He seems to have gelled with his teammates and of course has had a good first game. I think the team is very together and that will help him with any home sickness. Plus, I'm sure Coach isn't going to throw Witty to the wolves, he'll get more chances to make it if he wants them.

Robinson isn't going anywhere. The coaches were really high on Witty, especially Coach Gibson, so I'm sure the staff is going to work hard to get Witty in for next year.
