JC just emailed me and confirmed this. Doesn't necessarily mean it's 100%, I'm waiting for one more. He works for ESPN.com.

He hasn't committed yet. This really irks me. Why would this JC Schubert guy leak the news. I guess if he wants to be known for getting inside info. Doubtful though if he already works for espn.com. I still think it's a ploy to get Washington upset and commit to SC.
