TomVH: LB Jeremiah Tshimanga Update

Michigan recently extended an offer to Texas LB Jeremiah Tshimanga (6'3", 226 lbs), and there's already some movement from Jeremiah towards Michigan.

I was offered last Saturday I think. I've been mainly talking to the head coach and the offensive line coach about everything. I actually might be going up there this Saturday, we're just trying to work the details out see if we can get a flight. 

Taking a visit from Texas on their dime is a good indicator that Jeremiah has definite interest in the Wolverines. He also has a friend in his ear trying to convince him to come to Ann Arbor as well.

I played against and with Chris Barnett [2011 Michigan signee]. I've known him since my sophomore year, so that's cool that someone's up there that I know. He thinks I should go up there, but we haven't really talked to much. 

Tshimanga plans on graduating early, so he'll have to make a decision relatively soon. He says he doesn't have a timeline and will just wait for the comfortable feeling. If he makes the trip up this weekend it could help Michigan to get an early track on his recruitment.
