Thoughts on the game n such

Dropped passes+ Awful Offensive Line+ Turnovers+ Corners getting beat+ Receivers not getting open+ Awful tackling= Outright mess Denard must have at least one fumble or interception by himself every game, but today he had both! -.- It is becoming quite obvious he doesn't know what he's doing. Wow, Molk hurt again. Just when I thought the line trouble would go away he gets hurt on the first drive! Corners, wow where do I begin? They looked like they had not idea what they were supposed to do. Penn State ran that bubble screen over and over and yet he kept on playing too deep! Tate better get used to the cold fast. I say, dump him in the middle of the upper peninsula and make him hike his way back to ann arbor! And who were the two guys that collided? That was just crazy! It will probably be on youtube failblog in a few days. Just an ugly ugly game. Ugliest I've ever attended. Thoughts?

That was called tackling. We haven't seen much of it lately so it's not surprising you'd forget.

I'm the most contrarian person on earth, but I kinda thought none of this ugliness was the sort of ugliness that makes you question a Coach's worth. There didn't seem to be anything schematically wrong with the gameplan (other than our secondary being awful, awful awful), as much as there seemed to be execution errors that you kinda assume will be worked out over time. To be honest, I'd be a lot more worried about the long term if I were an Iowa fan (woooo! contrarianism at it's best), because Kirk Ferentz and Ken O'Keefe run the worst offensive system I've ever seen, and seem to have totally failed to grasp that close games bring luck into the equation in a huge way.
