The man I was hoping to see post. After our discussion of Syrian Bears, I took my daughters to a small zoo in NC, and by happenstance, they actually have 2 of them. I chuckled and took a few pictures. Apparently they have been hunted to virtual extinction and are mostly bred in captivity. Too bad as they are beautiful animals.
