SIAP: Ben Cronin might be ready for Big 10 opener
What is more problematic is that he's still limping a bit a year after his surgery. He's had enough bad luck with his hip and father passing so I hope he can over come his injury and become a valuable player for the Wolverines. He deserves better luck.

Cronin will be key to beating the better teams because of his size. His health is key to a deep March run.

It looks like Gibson has improved his game on offense over last year, so it is entirely possible that Cronin may not be relied upon much this year against teams with size. I am in favor of bringing him along slowly after the injury. He will not be truly needed until next year.
