Seating Chart at Peach/Fiesta/SoFi?

Submitted by GRFS11 on November 27th, 2022 at 3:08 PM

Looking at potential seats at these stadiums is a bit overwhelming but fun. Does anyone know which sideline or corner(s) will correspond to which team/seed? Any tips or experiences with seating at these venues?

Disclaimer: Obviously Purdue is not to be overlooked! But it appears M should be in the CFP regardless of next weekend’s result.

No - they don't know which games will be where yet. We don't even know which sideline M will be on for the B1G Champ, unless it is the same as last year. I know these things because I've been searching relentlessly.

Michigan is the home sideline this year.

The city of Indianapolis and Lucas Oil Stadium will play host to the 12th annual Big Ten Football Championship Game on December 3, 2022. The champion of the East Division will be the designated home team for this year's contest and will face the champion of the West Division. Kickoff for the game is set at 8 p.m. ET.

My guess, based on current team rankings and plausible outcomes, is we'd be in the Fiesta Bowl as a #2.  My only reason being is they'd put Georgia as a #1 in the other game close to home.

Unless Georgia loses the SEC championship game, we should be in the Fiesta Bowl as the 2-seed assuming we take care of business against Purdue (+16.5 according to DraftKings).

If Georgia loses to LSU (+16.5), we would likely be the 1-seed but I don’t know how location is exactly determined.

M is the HOME team for the B1G championship.  That was posted on this site yesterday.  For the CFP, the #1 team gets to pick which game they want to go to.  Last year, Bama chose Dallas so there would be less distractions for their players, which is how we got Miami.  If Georgia is #1, they pick the Peach Bowl 100 times out of 100. We go to Arizona
