OT-ish: Ross Douglas moving up to an NFL job
Former Michigan running back/cornerback Ross Douglas is moving up in the coaching ranks rather quickly. After grad transferring to Rutgers to finish his career, he became a graduate assistant with the Scarlet Knights. Just this past spring, he moved on to become a position coach with the Richmond Spiders.
He just announced that he's leaving Richmond to work for the New England Patriots, though he didn't include a position. I have to imagine it's as a quality control/assistant to the assistant role since he's so young (26 years old), but the NFL is the NFL. Good for him.
Great job Ross!
