Well, today is pretty much me working on various mundane administrative tasks, but we're also getting an estimate on a new roof and making the rounds on getting estimates for some electrical repairs / upgrades. Long story short, if you haven't bought a house yet, don't buy this one - it isn't for sale at the moment anyway, and even if it were, there are still some TLC items that we're just getting to.....18 years into living here.

Find a masters electrician who likes to do side jobs. You'll save a lot of $$ as many of them take beer a part of the payment.
Source? my brother is a masters electrician and makes almsost as much $$ on side jobs than he does on his union gig
