Magic Nike Michigan Shoes
Not sure if this has been posted but Nike is putting out some magic Michigan shoes that my momma said could take me anywhere. What do you all think? I might get them for game day. How can Nike put these out still? The real ugly is the buckeye shoes(posted a pic on my blog). I don't think I would wear those if I were a fan or if they were magic.
Edit: No exact date yet just fall of 2009.

For game day, I'm going to be going with the Tourny shoes by Adidas. I love how Adidas didn't just make a maize and blue shoe, but actually used our branding. They have Michigan block M's on the outside and inside the flaps covering the laces one has a block M and the other has Go Blue. I think Adidas has been a great change for the team with their willingness to customize and make our brand unique. I also am a fan of the jerseys they were using in practice yesterday with the three stripes on the side. If someone knows where to buy them please let me know.

...did you see the logo on the tackling dummy? I guess Rich Rod still doesn't understand the rivalry.
BTW, up next, Little Brother getting bent that a Spartina logo wasn't on the dummy. Then again aren't all Sparty logo's on dummys?

Those Ohio State logos have been there FOREVER. Of course he understands. It makes the dummy your adversary.

Before the Capital One Bowl, the dummies in Oosterbaan had pictures of Tebow taped all over them.

Finishline was the only one carrying them when I got mine, but it appears that they have now sold out. I would look closer to the start of the new season to see what they have on tap next, but I am a big fan of the adidas brand thus far.

I'm waiting for them to come out with a white version of the shoes this year. They made white ones for Indiana last year and I think they'd look sweet with maize and blue accents.

i dont know if thats really true. they have this same style of shoe for just about any team/player you want. just change the color scheme/logo accordingly. i'm not saying i dont like the design, just that its merely a template that adidas developed to allow them to customize to any market

I thought those shoes were awesome when I saw the team wearing them. I'm sure the players loved them too. I think that basketball is adidas' strong suit.
