The rest of the season is going to be brutal especially when we go up against Wisconsin, MSU, or Maryland.Beilein gets a pass because of all of the attrition to the NBA in one year and injuries to key players. If we didn't get Harbaugh, Ann Arbor might burn to the ground. The streaking hockey team helps too.

in the game against NW or did they finally reach a decision that surgery was needed as the best way forward long term ?

he took Michigan's last shot with 17 seconds left and then got back on defense--I would guess that it was a cronic injury and serious treatment could no longer be deferred.
I haven't read anything that confirms one way or the other, but Beilein has been talking about "injuries" limiting the team for a few weeks.
