Boyd gets a ridiculous number of targets, so it's hard to sit him, but Kupp is going up against one of the worst NFL secondaries in recent history it feels like.  Josh Allen threw for a million easily last week so Kupp has a higher upside IMO. 

 

Edit:  The weather is supposed to be terrible in Pittsburgh with really strong winds.  Just another thing to think about while Burrow is already running for his life.
