Anyone from Lansing coming to Columbus for The Game?

Submitted by will on

A poster from MgoBoard is selling his tix for the game, but I dont know if shipping would get them here in time with UPS and Fedex observing long holiday weekends.

Anyone who lives in lansing willing to pick them up and meet me here in Columbus? (UM fan, dont worry)

I am coming up from Virginia and the guy I know who's selling to us is selling two more (granted they are student tickets). But no, I'm not coming from Lansing, sorry.

In that vein, if anybody else is going to the game we'll be tailgating at 7am. Any ideas for the best places to tailgate?

There is usually a zone dictated by the Ohio highway patrol as the 'safe zone' for Michigan fans. I'll try and see if I can dig up info on that in the next few days.

Along lane avenue there is a radio station (wnci) that has a huge party called riverJam along lane avenue. Cops everywhere so you won't get harased too badly.

The student tickets your friend is selling - do they need UM or OSU student tix?  - or either? And how much is he selling them for?

I think if the guy FedEx'ed them this afternoon, they would be there by either tomorrow or Friday. It might end up costing you extra, but there's definitely a way you can have them shipped in time.

I'd give FedEx a call and see what they can do for you.

I live in Louisville and am heading up to the game.  Michigan has never lost when I've attended (Reason enough, I think, for the university to give me lifetime tickets for free).
