Any spring buzz on Justin Meram?
Just wondering if anybody's heard anything about Meram's performance this spring. He's an upperclassman, of course, and you always expect guys who have been in the program for 3-4 years to be able to be ready to contribute.
Although Meram isn't as tall as you'd like for a punter, well, the team doesn't have a scholarship option at the position. Just wondering if any of you have read anything about his performance.
Thanks, I'll log out but keep reading.
That is all.
Thurman? Who the fuck is Thurman? Is your name Thurman? Uh huh. Thurman Murman?
I don’t want any sandwiches! What is it with you and fixin’ fuckin’ sandwiches?
Isn't Hagerup (sp?) a scholarship punter coming in this fall?
I think this might be sarcasm? How could the OP forget Hagerup? I thought Meram was a soccer player. Is he on the football team?
Apparently he is.
Also: He has fantastic hair... look out GERG!
Gerg uses a lot less gel. He's more of a spray kind of guy.
He looks like he is made from clay.
Forget the hair, check out them eyebrows! Death Roh cannot be dupilcated!
I'm glad I wasn't the only one to catch that. Probably wasn't nearly as funny to most people here.
Of course I remember Hagerup. There's no scholarship option on the team in the spring. There's my nuance.
I saw that coming when the post about Toussaint went up this morning. I like the choice of player and the sports talk radio line at the end.
I expect he will get the job when he shows up in the fall.
...Inside Michigan Football is supposed to cover special teams. I suppose we'll get some info then on Meram then. I hope you can wait that long.
Justin Meram did pretty good in the spring game. he went 2 of 3 in the kicking competition and also hit a 35+ yarder in the overtime session of the game. He definately gets off on the ball quicker than Kris Pauloski and is much more accurate than Pauloski and Gibbons.
