This is definitely good news for anyone but usc. Carroll prides himself on his ability to seal recruits close to NSD. With Parker having OVs still available to take and USC's big recruiting weekend coming up towards the end of January he has probably made his decision for now. If USC losses out on Riley though, it will get very interesting all around the country

USC has depth at safety while Michigan...not so much. Maybe Sean Parker is interested in playing time. As an aside, the title got me kind of excited though not in a red carpet kind of way.
