Charles Woodson: It’s okay to hold the coaches accountable

As Charles Woodson said: the coaches need to be held accountable as well. Warde Manuel also needs to be held accountable. I haven’t paid my PSD yet, I suggest others hold out as well. Don’t fool yourself, Warde will feel pressure if not many PSDs are coming in.

As much as everyone would like to “Fell the Dabo story” everyone who’s anyone in the CF world knows they play dirty like Bama!

I just can’t get over our own AD saying basically that Gary’s family of some sort was offered like $200K by them. For that I can never get on the Dabo Train fully but it was nice to see Saban beat at his own dirty game w some bought “cough cough” players.

Keep riding the ship Michigan and I hope we continue to do it right and finally open our playbook and look beyond ISO.

Zach Harrison pretty much commits to Michigan. Mattison and Washington visit Harrison. Harrison commits to OSU. Mattison & Washington hired by OSU.

Which coaches do we hold accountable? Who do we trust? At this rate, by the end of this month, we might be able to get after the locker room towel guy.

I read about this style working or not, but it seems that any given style can win if you have the players to execute it. I love watching high-flying offenses; they're exciting. But if I'm a coach and the football gods say to me, "We'll give you the offensive players to win with either style you want: high-scoring, relatively low TOP; or grind-it-out, high TOP," I take the latter. I know my defensive squad certainly wants me to. Darrell Royal famously said, "There are 3 things that can happen when you pass, and 2 of them are bad." Emotionally speaking, that's also just demoralizing--take it from a Buckeye fan who watched Desmond, Biakabatuka, et al.  run over us throughout the 90's. I'm not saying never pass; God, no. But having elite backs and an elite O-line seems like a really smart choice. If you're going to commit to a high-score, pass-happy offense, you'd better have either an incredibly deep defense or the most well-conditioned crew in the nation.
