ESPN Tournament Challenge - MGoBlog Group
It's getting close to that time of the year again, the NCAA Tournament! ESPN has opened up the Tournament Challenge 2013. Obviously we can't make our picks yet, but you can get registered early. I have created a group for the MGoBlog community to join. Please use your names that are in use here on the blog so we know who the competition is. Only one entry per person. And once the first game of the tournament has started, the group will be locked.
I know that this past week has been tough for all of us, but I'm still optimistic about our chances this year for a deep tourny run. Also playing teams outside the B1G will be a breath of fresh air.

edit: Some people have been getting a message about the group being full or something like that. That message is referring to only allowing one entry per person. There are unlimited spots in this group.
Do you want me to get my name inscribed on that trophy already? Could save us some time later
Looks like the group cap is set at 6 right now. Might want to fix that.
It's set to unlimited. Currently there are 8 people joined as I type this. Sorry if there are any technical difficulties. I'll see what I can do.
Ok, my bad then. I thought I read group cap: 6.
disregard
invalid password. Checked and triple checked the spacing/capitalization, too.
WeOn!
no spaces, capitilize the W and the O, exclamation point !
76 other people got it to work
What is the link to the group please thanks. I am having difficulty finding it.
Except, d'oh it's blocked by my office firewall. I'll have to hit it from at home. Thanks though!
I'm in.
Joined, max entry thing is for personal entries (only one per person), not group entries.
I understand that part. Next to where it says group size I thought I read "cap 6" or something like that.
I hope this goes better than my awful bowl picks
Same here. I need some redemption.
I planned on it. I started it today because ESPN opened it up today and I got excited. This is my favorite time of the year!
game blouses
You gotta love tourney time
I wonder though how many here will put M as the champs. also how many will have them out early. I haven't decided yet on how far I'm going to put them, it all depends on the matchups I suppose. It also depends on how they do the next two weeks.
I am in as well. I need some redemption for finishing just above the 1985 Cleveland Indians in the final standings in last year's challenge. I think it was 91st precentile - that alone was worth two extra beers, as I recall. So much for being clever.
I'm in. I think the only thing I had right last year was Kentucky winning it all but then again I think 99.9% of America did as well. Here's hoping this year is better!
I'm signed in but it automatically uses another name that I have used with ESPN fantasy sports. Can't change it. (anyone know how?). But for the record so I can claim my championship later, I'm Wholesale Kimchi.
It always shows your ESPN Fantasy screen name, but you can change the name of your bracket. There is an option to 'edit entry info' for each bracket you create.
And if the person who wins, wins while picking a team other than Michigan as national champions, their prize should be a slap in the face from a rather large individual.
The heart breaker against Wisconsin and the State beat down took its toll. The 3's don't fall when you're not confident.
They need to play a little looser. This team is not the inside banging, fight it out, run you over in the paint group. They need to drop 10 to 15 3's and play with a lead.
Just my opinion.
Beat State and get some pay-back!
Go Blue!
I just picked Syracuse to win the entire thing. LOL.
I'm looking forward to it but this college basketball season has shown anyone is vulnerable. Will be mighty hard to make correct picks but I'll do my best
