Offering 2 Indoor Club Seats to MSU game at no charge
I'd like to make available (at no charge) two indoor club seats (front row against the glass) to a Michigan fan and guest that would otherwise not be able to attend the game. Those attending will be my guests.
My intent is to grant someone a special game experience that might help them through a tough time or situation.
Requirements:
- Both must be Michigan fans
- Both are expected to act with class while in their seats and in the club
Disclaimer: I'll deliver the tickets to the guests prior to the game at the club entrance and reserve the right to withhold delivery if I think I was taken advantage of in any way. Not to mention, myself or my other guests will be sitting next to those in these seats. I will not discuss your story with any of my guests (again for privacy).
Please post an argument for the seats here, or email me at [email protected]. Only post if you are certain those proposed can attend. Please leave an email that I can respond to if selected. If I don't receive a confirmation back in a reasonable amount of time, I will move on to another selection. I will post here when the decision has been made, but won't make public the selection details (for privacy). I will decide by 7pm tomorrow night at the latest.

Been a fan for 2/3's my life, first time to The Big House, AND October 20th is my 29th b-day. BTW, my girlfriend and I drove 10 hours from North Carolina.
I DO have tickets already though. Buy me a beer.

No beer in the Big House. He could, however, buy you "popped maize". I'm sorry to hear of the other 1/3 of your life, but have a great time on Saturday! The Big House will not disappoint! and happy Bday!

Big Brothers Big Sisters accepts tickets and will get them to a Match who otherwise would not be able to go to the game. This would be an opportunity of a lifetime for a little kid or a big kid who may be from AA or Ypsi and otherwise never go to a game.
Also a quick plug: any men on here in Washtenaw County: step up and be a Big!

If only my 10-year-old little sister lived anywhere close to Ann Arbor. I'd drive there and accompany her. She loves Denard, and she is currently recovering from major surgery from last June. She's just started walking on her own again. But she's about 7,000 miles away. :(

Wow, you are a class act. I think a kid parent combo from Mott's would be awesome. I am also sure a deserving mgoblogger pair would make for some great conversation during the game.

From what I have read this is a fairly common occurrence on many SEC message boards, only the thread title normally reads something like “Offering 2 Indoor Club seats to Florida game at no charge to worthy recruit’s family – will also include $250 in jewelry”.
Seriously though, this is a great of you. I don’t like the slogan “The Michigan Difference” because I think it is a bit corny but this is a prime example. Someone who is in this position to make this offer reaching out to someone less fortunate and making their month. This is something I don’t believe every school/fan base has. Kudos to you, enjoy the game.

This is a great idea. I have a pair of Michigan basketball season tickets and would like to donate all of my tickets this season. I'm planning on donating one game (two tickets) for each deserving request.
Requirements:
1. Must be a Michigan fan (old or new)
2. Must actually attend the game (and not sell, re-sell, barter away or anything like that)
3. Must tell me your top 5 games that you want to attend (to help me allocate them)
4. Must submit a picture on MGoBlog showing that you are enjoying the game (don't need to include your face if you want to remain anonymous, etc.)
If this works out well, I'll donate my Michigan football tickets next year too.
In order to request tickets, please email me at [email protected]. I'll sort through the requests and mail them out to the recipients within the next month.
[My reason: I grew up in poverty and always wished I could attend a game (or a concert or go on a vacation) with my parents, but never did. Now that I'm older, I hope I can help other families or friends enjoy their time with each other and make fun memories.]

This is a very nice gesture, but it will probably be more effective if you wait a few days (till the post MSU game reactions blow over) and then started a thread of your own.

We have invited a Mott patient and his mother to tomorrow's game. I hope they will enjoy it!
I could not have imagined the response this post generated. I have over 200 emails, all with very compelling stories. I wish I had more to give.
For all those that wrote me, I wish you the best, and I hope to do this again soon. I will reply to as many as I can, but please forgive me if I don't get to everyone.
