OT-Dark Knight Rises - WITH Spoilers

Not that I'm going to spoil it right off the bat (no pun intended), but those that have now seen it....what do you think? The 3:15 am showing as I was leaving the Henry Ford IMAX was sold out, and they were waiting...all of them, 400 strong. Personally, I thought it was wonderful. Didn't disappoint.

Went to the 12:45 AM IMAX showing this morning.  The theater I went to had at least 2 cop cars in front of it that I saw, and had a lot of security around the IMAX theater.  The theater was almost sold out, I thought that was a good sign that people aren't afraid to go out and see a movie just because of one psychopath.

Anyway, I thought the movie was amazing.  Tom Hardy did to Bane what Heath Ledger did for Joker.  I'm so happy Bane finally got a proper story as opposed to his ridiculous showing in Batman & Robin where he was just a bumbling fool.  Anne Hathaway did a great job as Catwoman.  The whole story came together nicely.

Couple of things:

I knew John Blake was Robin, or another potential super hero (Nightwing, potential next Batman) right after Batman told him he should wear a mask.

I knew Talia was Talia right after she had sex with Bruce. 

The only gripe movie wise I had was I figured Batman was disguising his voice so no one would find out his identity.  That went out the window when he was talking to Catwoman after she knew he was Bruce Wayne.  What was up with that?

Also, Nolan said he was done with Batman.  The movie pretty much set up a Robin movie, which I would be completely happy with.  Maybe The Riddler, Penguin, Black Mask, or Hush would be the main villian.  Personally, I would love to see Hush take on the Bruce Wayne persona,  Everyone already thinks he's dead anyway.
