that was given to me recently. Everyday, regardless of how awful you feel right now, make some sort of progression in your life. You will see/hear/feel things that bring back memories - do not let someone have that type of power over you. Go out, hangout with friends, make new friends. Experience your life, you own it.

Get your belongings and do not speak to her again. Don't find someone to fill the void, it never works. Finally, you're free. Go crush something.

My baby shower is today. Hopefully there I will have some Ballast Point - Sea Monster. My fovorite San Diego brewery and probably my favorite overall beer and some of my friends home brewed habañero stout that he made with habs off of my plant.
