Congrats on your acceptance.  I graduated from the School of Social Work in 2009.

My advice is to look outside your coursework and field placement, and take advantage of the resources that are available at U-M.  The medical system and other schools on campus provide awesome opportunities for learning experiences, but you won't be guided there.  Seek out those chances through independent study courses and the like.
