We all know who the other major candidates are. Burke is the<em> </em>odds on favorite. That is, Vegas is saying it is more likely to be him than anyone else--combined. The second in the projections is, of course, Oladipo. Could this award be decided by the Indiana-Michigan game on Sunday?
