WTKA podcast subscription
Is there a way to subscribe to the WTKA podcasts? Specifically I'd like Sam Webb's recruiting updates. I know you can listen to it by going to wkta.com but I want to subscribe to it (through iTunes so it automatically downloads) and there isn't a link to an xml or rss feed.

I don't think so. I was also looking for something like that, but couldn't find it. WTKA's website is kind of primitive.

Update: Email has been sent. I found where the mp3 files are stored, but still no luck with any feed.

Is anyone familiar setting up podcasts? From my quick research it looks like it wouldn't be too difficult to set up my own feed that uses the mp3s at WTKA's site. The only trick is how can my feed be automatically updated when WTKA uploads a new mp3 file? I could manually do so, but it's not worth my time if that's required. Is there a free or almost-free service out there on the internets that will monitor WTKA's server and when a new mp3 file is uploaded the xml is automatically updated?
