Will Urban be Michigan's biggest fan this year?

I was just reading the mlive article about Urban noticing the buzz returning at Michigan, which of course mentioned the close games head to head that the last 3 have been. That made me think about how big a Michigan fan he should be this year.

No matter how good his team is and how confident he is, he knows the struggle it's been to beat us when we've been in our worst period in history with astoundingly bad coaching & bad buzz around the program. History shows how frequently we've ruined great Buckeye seasons with big upsets, even with mediocre teams. He sees we've been knocking at their door even while there's been a Grand Canyon between the programs & seasons and that now we have a buzz, a maturing team, a bunch of big talent coming back from injury, and will presumably not only stop shooting ourselves in the foot with crappy coaching, but will give ourselves every possible edge & chance to win with tremendous coaching and motivation. We've already been a hair from beating him, is Harbaugh + all the other concrete probabilities of improvement not going to make us more than a hair better than we've been?

Throw in the pressure of staying undefeated for so long, if they still are by the time we meet, & of repeating, and that they just had to get up for Staee the week before, that we & the stadium will be sky high like never before & playing with a will to win like he's never seen before from us, and the Harbaugh/Bo/Bo-Woody 1969 parallels…. and his heart must sink as if he knows fate isn't on his side this year in The Game, that it's our time… or at least that there's a huge possibility to lose.

Obviously if we have a great year then beating us will be a helpful feather in the cap in case they're on the playoff bubble, and beating us if we suck won't help, especially if it's close. If we beat him while still having a bad or so so year then that's an embarrassment & a crushing blow to them regardless of what else happens to them, and would kill or harm playoff chances. But if they come in undefeated & we beat them, then they better hope we had a great year and came in on a roll if there's any chance for another one loss playoff bid.

So all in all he might be our biggest fan all year until the game! He might even be calling in every week to help game plan and give us his scouting reports on opponents!

Regardless, their path to repeat is absurd. The year ends, if they keep playing, against sparty, us/Harbaugh, Big champ game, playoff team, playoff team! If they do it they'll have earned it anyway… but this year, I think the fucking Buck's stop here!
