Where is Chris Perry?

I thought that when the Bengals cut him he would picked up by someone. What happened to him?

Wheatley, Biakabutuka, and now it looks like Hart. I still weep at the thought of what Touchdown Tim could have been in the pros. Even during his shortened playing career with the Panthers didn't he have a ridiculous number of 60+ yard runs? What a talent. And a great guy, too.

Roster Update on madden 10 he is still a free agent. There are a handful of free agent running backs that are better than Perry (the Edge, Deuce), so I doubt that Perry will make it back to the NFL this season.

James and McAllister are also older and would probably require more money to sign than Perry, so NFL teams might not be willing to invest in them. They are both near the age when RBs tend to undergo a huge decline in production. I'm not saying that Perry will be signed or anything. I'm just pointing out that past success is not always what NFL GMs are looking for and money and age are a big factor.

He's a Florida Tusker. I wouldn't mock the UFL, they have a solid business plan... teams of former NFLers in big non-NFL cities (Orlando, Hartford, Las Vegas) is a solid idea. Sure it failed in the past WLAF, but this is now and football is god.

He had talent for sure, but I'm not sure he had the necessary speed to succeed in the NFL. Of course it's hard to tell because he was injured so often, but still, the last couple years the Bengals were not exactly stacked at RB, and he still didn't do much when healthy.
