There is an article on mogoblue about the coaches and their personal workouts. It mentions the weekly "weight room warrior" award. do they make this public anywhere? as much as i love talking about '10 recruits (which i do)...i would love to hear updates on our '09 team and how workouts are going. also. mike martin. i expect a monster season.

Tate made huge improvements on the bench. Went from 1 45 on each side, to 4 45s on each side! Talk about an animal!!!!!! SIKE, but I'm sure he made huge improvements. Last year Brandon Graham went from benchin 315 to 475 2 times. 135 pounds to 200ish shouldn't be a problem for Tateraid

Because, as we all know, the #1 goal of Barwis and his staff should be to improve our quarterback's bench press. I mean, it happens virtually every play where our quarterback ends the play flat on his back and a 250 lb. defender with rigor mortis is lying across his chest.
