Video Tour of Coach Harbaugh's Office and Cool Memorabilia
Since many of us are still kvelling in the aftermath of Saturday's incredible victory I thought I'd share this from Twitter. Brad Galli from WXYZ Detroit interviewed Coach Harbaugh in his office and got a detailed tour of all of the cool memorabilia that Coach has on his walls. For a lifelong Michigan fan like myself it's pure nostalgia and very worthwhile viewing!

The whiteboard is actually a list (with headshots) of the current roster of players, organized by position. Super cool way of staying organized and on top of everyone!

It's pretty clear from that video that Harbaugh seems pretty happy with where he's at. I can see how that kind of positive attitude spills over into the coach/player relationships. Yesterday I came across a video on YouTube of Kris Jenkins going over to Harbaugh to give him a hug. It's a heartwarming thing because it's not just a quick bro-hug:

The "care for the players" thing is not mere words, it's genuine. And it's a beautiful thing.

Totally agree--happy and proud to be a Michigan Wolverine. He comes across completely different vs. prior to last season (2021). Of course because he's winning but also way less interpersonally weird and very warm and welcoming.

this is the single greatest office I've even seen. I could spend days in there. I'd love to get a long video of Harbaugh talking about his helmet stickers. Please that is so cool.

The roster wall is a pretty cut and dry illustration of the depth chart....
So glad JH is our coach (and no I wasn't calling for him to be fired two and three years ago)

Wow ! Coach has met so many famous leaders in our country, not to mention the Pope. His office is most impressive. Must help a lot with recruiting and certainly says a lot about him. Love the whiteboard with the Michigan roster and the board with his favorite quotes. Thanks for sharing !

Yeah that office is the absolute recruiting pitch you could walk into. It's power, it's diverse, it's family, it's pride in his players who are his family. He will mentor you. You will become your best self. It's memories and histories that tie you to this for the rest of your life.

Above I posted a video of Harbaugh and Kris Jenkins hugging. When I first saw that, one of the thoughts that ran through my mind was that the parents of a recruit seeing that kind of care for the players is worth a lot. A lot.
