1968 Michigan over #12 MSU 28-14 in AA

1980 Michigan over MSU 27-23 in AA

1982 Michigan over MSU 31-17 in AA

1998 Michigan over MSU 29-17 in AA

2005 Michigan over #11 MSU 34-31(overtime) in EL

if you want a good pre-msu laugh, read the rivalry articles in the daily. dude from state was schooled (as much as is possible in a dueling column)

That's an interesting article. The article is basically an argument of which is more important: a football program with years of success and traditions, or a good football team this season. If Michigan wins on Saturday, that might be a moot argument, but that's essentially what the article is about. Still funny.

Eh, it is the old "I dont care about MSU and here is why" argument that implicitly shows how much you actually care about what MSU thinks article vs. a kind of annoying CAPS that are BOLD article. See how i made a POINT? My CAPS are so BOLD! I have read better in years past from both sides.

Either way, both had their moments.
