UM bars in UK/Germany?

I will be going back and forth between the UK and Germany throughout the season. I don't think this question has been asked before...are there any UM bars or places where I can watch the games? I'm willing to travel anywhere in these countries (or surrounding countries) to watch the games with other UM fans.
