Tuesday Night Hoops
Illinois is absolutely roasting Minnesota, 56-37 as we speak. Richard Pitino seems to be great at the early season hype until they actually run up against a real team. I still do not think Illinois is THAT great- they are basically a two man show with Ayo and Kofi.
Wisconsin in a battle with Loyola-Chicago. For those of you who remember, Cameron Krutwig was a freshman when Michigan beat them in the F4. He's all grown up (more) and he's their leading scorer by far.

I was trying to watch the ILL/MINN game, but I can't take more than 3 straight minutes of Dakich....dude needs to tone it down.

I'm calling Porter Moser to Northwestern next year...dude runs some great stuff on offense.

Remember when he was like one of the leading (speculative) candidates for Michigan? We were all losing our shit.
I think that may be a good landing spot for him. He's a really good coach that can land somewhere higher than Loyola, but probably will never be a premier coach.

I didn't hate it to be honest....A poor man's Beilein.
Thought he was higher floor and lower ceiling than Juwan.

My philosophy is you never know how any coach will do on any team.
We all laughed at Dantonio when he got hired at MSU and he was arguably their best coach in program history.
He definitely could have worked here. But I think people got Brady Hoke vibes from him- had one GREAT season but not much else around it.

Nate Reuvers has been on Wisconsin for 25 years.
