Last year's edition of "There are..." consisted of some content about the program's recently-investigated shortcomings in regards to protecting players from the sexual abuse of Robert Anderson. In my personal view, it was irresponsible to celebrate the history of Michigan Football last summer without also productively acknowledging the victims, their stories, and their struggles.
I wondered how that would play into this year's countdown, and given Warde Manuel's recent comments (which still left quite a bit to be desired), the journey out of that darkness continues.
#85 also belongs to Chuck Christian, one of the most outspoken victims. In light of that, let's take a look at an interview from January — when he provided some updated thoughts on the settlement and his activism...
