There are...
...days until Jake Ryan (ILB 2010-2014) sees Michigan's defense work to build new stars in 2019, starting at The Big House on August 31st.

Go Blue!
Of course #47 wore his number in honor of another #47...
Thanks WD and enjoy!
Jake was a tremendous sideline to sideline linebacker and excellent tackler. You could easily identify him making plays by his long blonde hair.
I believe he had a serious knee injury which derailed his career.
I don't know if I would say derailed his career. He was a Butkus finalist in 2014 after tearing his ACL in the spring of 2013 here. He did also just tear his ACL in his final year of his rookie deal with the Packers and missed all of last season but did sign a 2 year deal with a third year team option with the Jaguars (although it's a bit of a "prove it" deal with a majority of his money not guaranteed and owed in year 2).
Wreck'm Ryan!!
That is some serious shucking and shedding of blocks to make a TFL.
never once did I see that kid get juked or leave his feet. . .
Probably the best instincts any michigan player has had in the last 20 years.
Jake is one of my favorite players.
Agree with a lot of the posts above... great player, and thought he was a superb addition to the team. Hope he has better luck with the injuries, that's gotta be tough sitting out and not playing.
