There are...
...days until Adam Finley (P 2000-2004) sees some successful executions with special teams, including some monster punts, helping the Wolverines beat Notre Dame in South Bend!

Go Blue and Beat The Irish!
Sione Houma, you son of a bitch
You have a point. I was just trying to make the positioning a little more diverse by throwing a punter in there, but I guess fullback does the job too! Here ya go:
I miss that guy. Maybe less so since the Hammer Panda emerged, but I felt like that dude would've been a legend if he had gotten 4 years of Harbaugh instead of one
That is one frightening ball-carrier right there
One of my favorite players under harbaugh no doubt!
That guy was a beast - can you imagine that ball carrier running right at you?
I concur
Sione Houma's first TD at Michigan.
For today's video, an enjoyable season opener for Mr. Finley's final season wearing the winged helmet. It's a classic UM beatdown to enjoy on this dog day:

Enjoy!
i have loved your game selection, at least the ones i've seen. that said, today's game was a less-than-inspiring win in some ways. we were ranked #7, playing at home. first score was a field goal late in the second on a pick that got us close but no further. i think we were showing signs of lloyd-osis, presaging the horror. no matter, thank you and chatster for posting.
I have much better games to choose from I know, but I'm saving them for more suitable players later on in the countdown. Just wait and things will get way more exciting the closer we get to football!
I like to believe that we wont need to punt a single time in South Bend due to our ability to find the end zone on every drive except for a 60 yard Quinn Nordin FG to end the 1st half.
Can't believe I didn't think to say this instead in the OP.
Who hopes to punt? Disappointed in you
Henry Hill from MLK HS in Detroit, played at UM1968-70 (from Ira W. countdown):
He got an academic scholarship to UM coming from the inner city. He walked-on to the team as a 4th string DT. He was 5'11" and 220 pounds. His junior year, he helped Bo and UM beat #1 mighty OSU in 1969 with 13 tackles. He became a 1st team All-American Nose Guard in his senior year -leading tackler, captain, and team MVP!
Henry Hill, played by Ray Liotta from 1988-1990
Dang it, 39
HENRY HILL, walk on all american for Bo
Let's Go Blue.
Since I have now gotten multiple requests for him:
Henry Hill was a great player. Thanks guys for remembering to mention him.
Mate, nothing wrong with posting Adam. He was a fantastic punter for Michigan.
Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I thought Terry Bowden was good sidekick announcer. I also cant think of a more underutilized player in recent memory than Steve Breaston. He could have been used so much more.
I'll drop a little love for the namesake of the Heininger Certainty Principle
Credit to Will Heininger for his candid revelations about dealing with depression and mental illness during his playing days at Michigan. LINK
Anyone know how I can get my avatar back? When the new site changed, I became naked. Not naked and afraid, just naked.
Have you taken this question to the 3.0 bugs sticky?
