There are...
...days until Bob Callahan (T/C 1945-1946) supports the Wolverines in spirit as they face ECU at Michigan Stadium to open the 144th season in program history!

Go Blue, Beat East Carolina.
From #57's senior year, here's the 1946 victory in Minneapolis...
As always, thanks College Football Historian. Enjoy!
Awarded to the Michigan Football players who participated in the 2013 Citrus Bowl, here's today's watch:
Michigan played in the Outback bowl in 2013 (2012 season but game played on Jan 1, 2013) no? The famous Jadaveon Clowney hit on Vincent Smith. If referring to the 2013 season, it was the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl out in Arizona (would love to wipe that nasty game from my mind), not the Citrus Bowl in Florida. Think the Buffalo Wild Wings sponsorship might’ve confused you. Michigan played in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus bowl in 2016 (2015 season) which is Harbaugh’s first & last bowl game win as Michigan HC.
I was at the BWW game in AZ - I consider that game to be the rock bottom of Michigan football.
I especially appreciate where we are today having witnessed those times...
Go Blue!
BWW loss to KSU was bad, but the rock bottom would come nine months later in South Bend. I've never seen a Michigan squad look so bad then that shutout loss.
