Tajh Boyd

With the recent decommittment of Tajh Boyd from West Virginia, does Michigan have any chance of landing him or has the staff withdrawn the offer due to committments from beaver and forcier? Thanks for everyone's help.

But I'd say he probably still has an offer. Rodriguez likes to keep a lot of QB's on roster, and he'll want as many that are fits with his system as he can get.

He's not being recruited anymore, and isn't even looking at UM. If he tried to commit, he'd be told thanks but no thanks. But that's not going to happen. He's looking at Boston College and Tennessee.

Forcier is a definite lock. He's expressed disappointment at other recruits not honoring their verbals.

Beaver has squashed rumors of him being shaky every time they've come up. But the fact remains, the Oklahoma schools (and Texas Tech I believe) are chirping in his ear. I would suspect Michigan is keeping in good contact with Eugene Smith just to keep their bases covered.

Personally, I'd love it if they could squeeze all three into the class, but I don't think that will be plausible.
