The new spot we've been recording the Sunday podcast is 4M, Prentice Partners' new flagship property at 830 Henry St. in lower Burns Park (and one bridge from the Big House). They're also taking over Lucky's Market and turning it into "Venue."

They would like to get input from our readership to help them shape their plans for that space, and still have that survey we've been telling you to fill out.
