Something to be excited about
I love this quote from ESPN's Big Ten blog:
"The man who will take the first snap for Michigan in the Rich Rodriguez era remains a mystery. So does the guy who will take the first handoff."
This is exciting because the above statement would be true regardless of whether RichRod had named a starting QB and RB by now. Even if Sheridan and McGuffie had been pagged, the first play could still see Brown take the snap in the WildWolverine, or a slot-man could take a handoff on something with misdirection. I just love the excitement of having that kind of variety in the offense.

that's great that you're so excited about our extremely unexperienced team. i am looking forward to the season and all of our young guns but geez, can't we get any returning starters on offense? here's to mcguffie and shaw and all of the other ninja athletes we have leading us to many, many W's...

you mean the first play of the RR era won't be zone left?

if the first offensive series of the game went, zone left, zone left, incomplete, punt. ahhh.. the nostalgia.
