Seasons' Greetings for a Better 2010
Remember when our basketball team was ranked #15 and we looked at the game at KU as a great opportunity to knock off a great team and establish UM as a force in early 2010?
Remember when our football team came back to beat IU and we were 4-0 and contemplating a New Year's Day Bowl?
Remember when our hockey team was picked in the pre-season to win the CCHA?
It's been a really tough year my friends
Here's to Holiday wishes of a much much better 2010 sports year for the UM faithful...

for 2010 is:
Michigan Football going 8-4, goes on a new years day bowl and wins. The defense looks competent. Forcier looks great, and DG redshirts leaving a 2 year gap. Shoelace and Forcier are on the field together a lot and RR pioneers an innovative, new offense. Most importantly MICHIGAN FOOTBALL RETURNS
Somehow Michigan Basketball makes the tourney?
.........I just can't wait for the Spring Game

It's just me trying to reflect the desperation I have concerning sports in the state of Michigan in general. I've stopped living in the fantasy land (good recruits will save us). Pistons and Tigers declining, UM football horrible with a big ? for the future. UM BB struggling, and hockey too. Lions obviously stink. I don't follow Red Wings really, but they seem to be in decline too. Even Sparty BB isn't too impressive. Why do we have to suck so bad? I stopped being optimistic and thinking things will get better before 2012 (the end of the world). It's over boys.
