This is an interesting interview, as it contains some small nuggets of insight that do not appear in the local media outlets, and illustrates the focus that Ryan and the other Senior leaders have on this team. His focus speaks a lot for the coaching that they are getting on the D, and the focus of the team as a whole. Enjoy:
