are NOT hard to find.  There are a bunch of no-name guys out there who are great DCs.  How many of us ever heard of Manny Diaz before now? Exactly, and there are many more like him out there - you just have to look.  In fact, I wouldn't mind bringing in someone who is young and has something to prove, rather than a "proven" guy resting on laurels of the past.

I like Coach Rod and for the most part this year we beat the teams we should have(except PSU) and lost to the teams we should have, but one of the biggest differences between RR and JH is JH teams have beat teams they shouldn't have. He beat USC when they were at the top and has beat them more than once. As stated above it' going to be a long week for us. Go Blue no matter who leads us

and if those losses had been competitive, we would not be having this discussion.  The wa y the losses happened, including at home against MSU, Wisc, and OSU, and the bowl game in his third year is the reasons he won't be the coach next year.  I wanted RR to succeed, as any true Michigan fan or alumni would.  There is no way that any objective observer can say that thee quality of play was a significant improvement over last year, particularly against good teams.
