RR at halftime of Motor City

RR appeared to be fairly calm (if not excited) in an impromptu interview at the halftime of the Motor City bowl. Bentley asked him about DC, and he said he was waiting until the bowls were over because, "most of the guys he wanted to talk to were busy."

Saw it, kind of a random/awkward interview as he said exactly what people have been alleging in these posts. Anyway, who are "most of the guys" he wants to talk to?
