OT for now: WBB - "Michigan Made" inside access video series
i'm usually not much for sharing youtube videos, but the WBB program is doing a series of "inside the program" videos going into the season. they're extremely well done and give great insight into the mindset of the program as they start life, post-naz. 2 episodes so far:

Good stuff. Shared with my daughter, who had her soccer season short-circuited last week by a torn hamstring. It motivated me, and maybe it will motivate her.
