One of Threet's fumbles

I was just watching "highlights" from yesterday's game, and I saw that on the play where Threet fumbled and it was returned for a TD, the ball was pretty clearly kicked into the backfield. Does anyone have the game recorded or otherwise know who kicked it? Also, isn't it a penalty to kick it like that? I've seen illegal bats forward flagged, but I don't know the rule in regard to kicks.
