New Visitor Fitzpatrick

Submitted by DrMantisToboggan on

Sorry if this was updated in the visitors thread over the weekend. According to Allen Trieu, Farmington WR Desmond Fitzpatrick will also visit for the basketball game tonight, bringing the number of in state visitors to 6. My personal opinion is he is the top WR in the state, while every recruiting cite ranks Corley above him. He is committed to Louisville.

That guy is the dirtiest most unethical coach there is.  All Harbaugh has to do is say "hey your scholarship is not guaranteed and dont be surprised if he pulls it on you at the last minute."

Instead of starting a new thread I figure I'll ask this here.  Is Michigan having a Junior Day this year?  There tended to be a big visit day in February past years but I haven't heard much about that this year.  Seems like a lot of recruits from the state of Michigan tonight for the MSU game but no other prospects.

I'm honestly not sure why any parent would ever want their son to play for Bobby Petrino at this point. He's proven to be nothing but a sleazy scumbag who has no qualms about yanking a kid's offer out from under him days before signing day. And, you know, fraternizing with the co-eds. Not exactly the world's greatest role model.

This guy makes Meyer look like a saint. I obviously wish Fitzpatrick the best if he decides to sign with Louisville, but anyone who does so while Petrino is the head man, well, they do so at their own risk.

It seems like anyone from Michigan will be at the game. It should be the perfect environment for these recruits. It's the biggest home game and with all the Michigan ties, the recruits should be very interested. It's nice to see with all the nation wide offers going out that in-state guys are still getting attention too.

He did have some BIg Ten offers, per 247Sports.

Indiana, Illinois and Purdue all offered. Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan, Kentucky, Toledo, Wake Forest, Ohio (NTO) and of course Louisville round out that list. From the look of things, in addition to Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Michigan State and Tennessee all had someone recruiting him but no offers yet.
