Need to make a move Joe D

10 in a row? Really? Whatever additional shakeup that was going to come to the Stones needs to happen sooner rather than later, I believe. Is it the length of Rips contract that prevents any moves with him? God knows I am Rip fan, but I really don't think this fits anymore. I knew this was not to be banner year, and I know they have had some injuries, but I just am not seeing much light at the end of this tunnel. Thoughts...?

What team is going to trade for a bunch of injured players? Other than a trade, or outright cutting guys, what can D do mid-season?

They had much better chemistry when Prince and Rip were out....he's going to have to trade them .60 cents on the dollar to some contender to pick up some more flexibility going forward and allow the young guys more minutes. Get Xavier Henry or Ed Davis in the upcoming draft...or just super tank and gun for John Wall and move Stuckey to 2 where he's better anyhow.

The other day I was thinking about the chances of Detroit drafting Ekpe Udoh. I don't know if they're looking to draft a big man, but with Wallace aging and Kwame Brown being the only other player listed as a center, I would say there's a decent chance. I remember hearing he's projected to go early first round. As of now Detroit is the sixth-worst team in the league going by record.

and so is most of the roster. The Pistons should be tanking for a shot at John Wall and accumulating whatever assets they can for the future. Sorry to go all Chad Ford on you, but there's not a player on this roster worth a damn for a rebuilding team, with the possible exception of the 3 SFs from the recent draft.
