Slow start offensively. Need to see the ball go in the hoop to calm some nerves
Good end to the quarter, up 17-8 after 1.
Offense is not flowing at this point but the defense has been very good

You can say that again.

Could be a big weekend for Akienreh Johnson. Her HS is a win away from becoming the first Toledo HS team - boys or girls, any division - to win a state title since Jim Jackson won with Macomber in the late 80s.
Second shot clock violation forced by Michigan defense. 29-14 lead about halfway through 2nd quarter
Former coach Kevin Borseth has his UWGB squad up one on Minnesota. They are also a 7 seed.
WTF is "whip around coverage"? I thought this game was on ESPN2, but I'm getting the Notre Dame game.
Whip-around is the where they pop in and out of games so you can see a bit of everything. It’s only on ESPN2 if you live in Michigan IIRC. No idea how it works if you have satellite
I'm in Chicago with DirecTV, and it's just the straight up ND game, no switching around at all. Super disappointing. Meanwhile mgoblue.com says all over the place that it's "live on ESPN2," no qualifiers. LIES!
Took almost an entire half for UNC to score on back to back possessions. Unfortunately, they were both threes. Only thing preventing this game from being a laugher.
Michigan at the half
36-19 at half. Fantastic effort so far on both ends of the floor.
43-29 at first TV timeout of the second half
57-40 after 3Q. Great performance today
3:37 to go, 71-53
75-61 Final. Score was closer than the game. UNC didn’t sniff a single digit deficit after the first quarter. Play like that tomorrow and we might have a fighting chance against Baylor

It would be great if that were the case, but Baylor has someone who will make life very, very difficult for Thome. It's just not a good matchup, and Baylor is a legitimate top five team. Never say never, but they need a new gear well above tonight's.

Thome at 6'5" is a couple inches taller than UNC's C. Baylor's C is a couple inches taller than Thome. Zoiks, Baylor's only lost once this season. Seems like a tall order to double that.
