Michigan Women's Golf will play in NCAA Regional
We might get close to Stanford this year in the Lower Case Cup!
Michigan is seeded #7 of 18 teams in the regional. The top 6 in each of the 4 regionals advance to the NCAAs.
Weirdly, the only non-power 5 school seeded in the top 28 in the nation is...Kent State. I don't think I would have expected that.
Kent State is a powerhouse in golf (men's too, although the women are the better program). The last time they didn't win the MAC was when Tom Brady was the starter...at Michigan.
