Hansen was supposed to visit in mid-March but it had to be canceled due to the 'rona.
247 put out a pretty glowing review in 2018, calling him a multi-year starter at a top 20 program. Then they just let him fall down their list until he was a 3*.
He's a four-star, #8 TE and #187 overall on the composite.
Hansen is a very solid prospect and could very well be a multiple-year starter at a top 20 program. That's not really saying a whole lot. Some teams in the top 20, especially as you get into the 10-20 range, don't necessarily have great tight ends.
I don't think Hansen belongs in the top tier of tight ends. He's not particularly fast or powerful or large.
Hey Magnus! Do you think Hansen is a Sean McKeon-type TE?
I see some similarities there. I think Hansen has better ball skills than McKeon, though.
Seems to have the ability to make catches in traffic and is a willing blocker
Nice! Wonder how this affects Fidone.
I'm not sure it will. Michigan wants to take two guys and has made that clear to both Fidone and Hansen.
Wiltfong just CB'd him as well. Hopefully an announcement is imminent. Jack Pugh, the #13 TE nationally, got a CB to Wisconsin. Probably the dominoes falling
This is a good sign. I hope we get him.
See? Not ALWAYS on just the negative threads. ?
I seriously do hope we get him BTW. Not just saying that.
Lol, welcome to the party!
How has the stretching worked out? Have you tried that
I haven't yet because totally forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me!
3-star on 247??? Another northeastern nobody! I’m certain his offers to Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Penn State, and Florida were all not-commitable!
(Am I doing this right?)
When you're in quarantine but still getting blue balls over a TE!
Judicious?
